George J. Frangoulis

Founder & Publisher

George Frangoulis is the Founder and Publisher of Maine Evergreen Publishing. George received his BA degree from the University of Michigan in Ann Abor and his MA degree in Communications and Media Studies from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. George also launched and directed The Farmstead Press, which published FARMSTEAD MAGAZINE, Maine Life Magazine, Successful Magazine Publishing and other periodicals and books. Currently, George is an Adjunct Professor at Thomas College in Waterville, Maine, where he teaches business management, journalism, advanced writing and editing, as well as public speaking.

Kristin M. Frangoulis

Editorial Director

Kristin Frangoulis holds a B.A. in English and History from Maryville College, a M.A. and Ed.Sp. (a professional doctorate) in Gifted and Talented Education.from the University of Alabama She is a veteran public-school teacher, teaching English, history, writing, theater, the arts and the gifted and talented. She taught writing, education, and Human Growth and Development at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. At Thomas College in Waterville, Maine, she taught education, writing and set up an arts curriculum. She is the author of a published book of poetry, a playwright and artistic director of theater companies. She has also worked as an editor and free-lance writer and artist for publications. Currently she co-hosts a community TV show in Belfast Maine; her beat the arts.

Robert J. Ristino

Robert J. Ristino

Marketing & Sales Director

Robert J. Ristino is a popular Mid-Coast author living on the shore of Swan Lake.
His most recent novel is The Barbarian Princess, a tale of Roman Britain. Retired from
the faculty at Roger Williams University, Ristino holds a doctorate in mass
communication from the University of Massachusetts. He currently teaches as a visiting
lecturer at the University of Lodz in Poland.

Anastasia E. Frangoulis-Easton

Anastasia E. Frangoulis-Easton

Design & Content Director

Anastasia Frangoulis holds a B.A. in Film and Television from Savannah College of Art and Design, as well as work in a M.F.A program in Luxury and Fashion Management. She spent three years in New York City in the fashion field, where she successfully launched a new designer. She created his Look Book for Fashion Week, and was part of his design team. She also worked as a costume and set designer for The Peanutbutter and Jelly Players, an outreach children’s theater in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

Ezra Smith

Ezra Smith

Website & Technology Director

Ezra is in the final stretch of earning his degree in architecture from Rice University in Houston. He does freelance web and graphic design on the side and enjoys supporting small businesses in his home state of Maine. When he's not madly hammering away at his keyboard, you can find him on his road bike.
